Color #4 - Amber / Artist #4 - Todd Glaser

An exclusive reissue that celebrates one of the most famous skateboard designs of the 1970s.

Limited to an edition of 50 boards per color & size, each Banzai skateboard comes in a high-grade collector’s box featuring an art print by one of the following artists: David Carson, Jay Nelson, Nathaniel Russell, Todd Glaser, and Cole Barash.

Medium 23,5″ (60 cm)

This aluminum board is probably the closest you will ever get to the original 70s slalom vibe. We have deleted the shaky behavior of its ancestors but preserved the nimble and quick spirit of a short wheelbase. Lower to the ground and with a narrow shape it demands a more controlled riding technique.

Large 28.5" (72 cm)

Equipped with thicker, shock-absorbing riser pads and a wheelbase near modern skateboards, hovering through the city becomes a new sensation. We were able to carry out the transformation to a modern form of transport. The specially heat-treated aluminum alloy allows stability and power transmission at any speed.

  • Hand-brushed and entirely made from anodized aluminum
  • grippy urethane wheel
  • ceramic bearing
  • lightweight x-caliber truck
  • stainless mounting part
  • High riser shock absorbe
  • Aircraft-type vibration free locknuts

Todd Glaser

Firmly established in the top tier of surfing’s most respected and prolific lensmen, Todd’s career has seen him capture an ocean of iconic images of the sport’s legends – perhaps most notably Kelly Slater – but he’s equally at home working with anyone he can form a connection with: from aforementioned superstars to soul surfers to frothing young groms.

Whether it’s big waves or small waves, surf ranches or secret spots, Todd’s work strives to authentically “document the waves and lifestyle we live”. A Surfer Magazine staff photographer since 2008, Glaser has racked up more than a dozen covers and his work has also been published in The New York Times and the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery.
